Course Overview

The New Roles in Retirement Workshop is designed for people planning their retirement lifestyle, in particular those who wish to remain active, involved, or productive in activities that are meaningful to them. The workshop involves self-assessment exercises, short presentations, and small group discussions that will help to stimulate or confirm your ideas.

The objectives of the workshop are:

  • Enhance awareness of your authentic personality/temperament, core needs, values, skills and interests
